At Deaf Harbor, we cannot do this work alone. We are thankful for the many people who volunteer their time to work with Deaf Harbor. We are thankful for the member churches and ministries who support and participate in the ministry of Deaf Harbor. We are also thankful for other churches and ministry organizations that are not members of Deaf Harbor but still have an active interest in working with us to accomplish shared goals.
Membership at Deaf Harbor indicates that the member church or ministry is interested in working with other member churches to support or participate in one or more of Deaf Harbor’s ministry activities. The members of Deaf Harbor realize that different churches in the association may have different doctrinal specifics. As a voluntary association, Deaf Harbor is interested in finding how we as Deaf brothers and sisters in Christ can work together on projects we can agree on. People who wish to promote a specific doctrinal belief can do that as part of the activities of their local church, not as part of Deaf Harbor.
